Missed Class Policy/Rescheduling Policy

Missed classes may be made up through reduced-rate private lessons, to be approved by the school’s discretion, and scheduled through the school coordinator. These make-up sessions may be done during the current session when the classes are missed, or in the interim between the current session and the session immediately following. Students are not allowed to use their make-up sessions during the next session, as they must be prepared to follow into the next sequential level at the start of the session. Students who choose to not have a make-up session for missed classes forfeit the time missed during their regular semester.

Missed class make-up sessions are charged at a rate of $35.00/hour, instead of the standard rate of $39.00/hour.


Cancellation/Refund Policy

Students may cancel their participation in a semester course up to 24 hours before the start of the first day of the course. By doing so, no penalties will be incurred, and a full refund will be granted, if applicable. Within 24 hours of the start of the course, and up to and including the first day of classes, students who elect to cancel their participation in a course may receive a 50% refund. Cancellation of a course within 24 hours and up to and including the second day of the course, will result in no refund being granted.
